Not at all happy with Colonial. For over a year I complained about my car using oil. They put me on an oil consumption test which honestly I did not complete. I felt like I was being jerked around. T complained about my car using oil. They put me on an oil consumption test which honestly I did not complete. I felt like I was being jerked around. Then I got a trade in offer from Jim Ashdale that peaked my interest. I called and left a message twice trying to get an appointment. No one returned my calls. Fed up I went down the street to the Toyota dealer and bought a new car. I will not recommend Colonial to anyone. More

Pick up and Delivery!! Just moved to the area and needed to have my 2019 Santa Fe serviced and was shocked to find not only the ease of scheduling online but that they also Just moved to the area and needed to have my 2019 Santa Fe serviced and was shocked to find not only the ease of scheduling online but that they also had a free car pick up and drop off service. Who does that!!?? Made my day so much easier and I didn't have to sit around waiting. Very friendly people and great service.Looking forward to our next visit! More
