friendly people but poor communication between departments People are terrific and friendly individually but the different departments do not communicate well to know what the other department is doing or sayi People are terrific and friendly individually but the different departments do not communicate well to know what the other department is doing or saying. Special individual recommendation goes to Donna in service; she has been fantastic to deal with. Actually scheduling service and the knowledge of that person has been really poor. Being guaranteed to always have a genesis loaner available during the sales cycle to being told when I tried to schedule my last service that never once was there a genesis available for loaner (which by the way the last time I had service I was given a genesis loaner) was nonsense. Was told during sales cycle how easy scheduling service was via the online portal to only find out you can not get a loaner when you schedule online was frustrating and inefficient. Being told I could pay in store if I wanted but finding out later you can not make any genesis payments in store was frustrating. Also was given a lovely group of restaurants they have partnered with during the sales cycle to trying to use one of the coupons and being told by the manager they had never heard of that so they wouldn't accept it. Ultimately they promised a lot of details and fell really short in that area. Again, very nice and welcoming people but don't think they have the "luxury" experience they are advertising ready to be rolled out yet. More
