Usual Great Service Originally booked inspection appointments for both cars with Donna who was her usual friendly self. Before first appointment, key fob for 2006 Sonata Originally booked inspection appointments for both cars with Donna who was her usual friendly self. Before first appointment, key fob for 2006 Sonata failed and door would not stay unlocked when using key. Took fob in for a replacement battery and was assisted by JP. Once we got the car in for new fob and to resolve door issue, JP kept us informed of progress and offered to have inspection done while he had the car. Donna was helpful with drop off of other car and with updates and ordering a Lyft. Thanks to both of them! More

Great Service - they look out for you I have been taking my car to another shop for service. After taking it in to another shop twice to take care of a problem I was having (2 times = no f I have been taking my car to another shop for service. After taking it in to another shop twice to take care of a problem I was having (2 times = no fix = frustration), I took it to Colonial. They found the problem right away...and it was under warranty.
