Brought my truck in for warranty work, dropped it off the night before. Picked up truck 3 days later. Paid bill, got in truck to leave, and had a flat tire! Sent to service manager and he told me that it did night before. Picked up truck 3 days later. Paid bill, got in truck to leave, and had a flat tire! Sent to service manager and he told me that it didn't happen there..... He then tells me that they couldn't repair it, but would gladly sell me a New tire!!! We had words. I had them put spare tire on and left! Went to a tire dealer who patched it with no problem. I will NEVER go back there again! This was my 3rd truck that I purchased from them. Stay away from this dealership!! Go to Latham Ford or Morris ford!!!! More

oil changes are easy, finding the cause of problems is not so good. examine the vehicle before offering a backyard mechanics view. even a poor doctor still looks into issues before jumping to conclusions not so good. examine the vehicle before offering a backyard mechanics view. even a poor doctor still looks into issues before jumping to conclusions on the problem. you didn't make the vehicle, but you represent the company that did! poor engine performance is a reflection on the service that didn't take the time to see if there is really something wrong. would you go back for service if the only answer given is the seasonal gas. shame on you! I wasn’t going to bother with a review from last visit because it wouldn’t look good but since they keep wanting a review here it is. Usually they do good no complaints but last visit… Did good on the major stuff oil change, new tires and nys inspection. They missed or forgot minor details like resetting oil life indicator after oil change, not topping windshield fluid, left valve cover off one wheel, didn’t evenly fill tires with air I had to stop and fill air in tire. Also my drivers side window was left partially open at pickup on a rainy day too. But overall tires are running great oil seems good. Just minor things I should not have had to experienced. More
