He knew exactly what he wanted; what price he was willing to pay and, more importantly, what he wanted for his trade-in. My husband made this clear to Cliff right up front and he made it happen. We don't do haggling -- we either buy or walk. We came all of the way from St. Mary's County to look at this car and drove it away -- beautiful, comfortable Avalon Hybrid. Cliff is the most wonderful, down-to-earth, up-front salesman we have ever encountered. If only more salesmen could take a page from his book, a lot more cars would be sold. It was actually a very pleasant, fun experience with Cliff and I felt badly that we had to leave. The finance person could not have been nicer or more professional. Our experience with the Manager was the same way. I walked away wishing all three of these people were my neighbors. This experience was well worth the long trip. I can't say enough about Cliff and I definitely think he deserves an outstanding award of some type. In my 46 years of car buying, I have NEVER come across someone like Cliff. Great Experience I was searching online for many months trying to find the right vehicle to meet all of my needs. I was getting many generic response emails, but none I was searching online for many months trying to find the right vehicle to meet all of my needs. I was getting many generic response emails, but none really addressed my questions. I received a personal email from Chuck and he was very supportive and patient with my busy schedule when trying to schedule test drives. He and the dealership allowed me to try several vehicles. Chuck tracked down a measuring tape so we could verify trunk space and he even came in on his day off to go thru my choices again, for like the 4th time!! I had never purchased a car on my own before and was very nervous about the process, but they were very kind and attentive to where I stood with my finances. There was such a friendly group of people there, from the front desk, to Chuck to the financing people. They were willing to work with me and helped me meet all that I was looking for...and I love my 4Runner and have recommended Koons to my family and will continue to recommend to friends as well!! More

Wonderful Experience! I went into Koons Westminster to see what my options were regarding the purchase of a used vehicle as I knew my wasn't stellar and had a high-mileage I went into Koons Westminster to see what my options were regarding the purchase of a used vehicle as I knew my wasn't stellar and had a high-mileage trade-in. I began to work with Jay Badiang, who after checking out my situation, was able to offer me a 2012 Toyota Corolla (significantly newer and nicer then I had anticipated). I was extremely excited and after help from Jeremy in the financing department, I was able to purchase the practically new Corolla the very next morning all due to the spectacular service from Jay and Jeremy, Jay was extremely courteous and professional without the pressure that you sometimes feel from a salesperson. I would recommend Koons Toyota and Jay Badiang to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle with a pleasant experience. More

He is one of a kind. I dont normally follow through on compliments like I should but really though it to be important in this case. he has my business for life. I also want to thank Dmitry. Having had bad experiences in the past when it came time to do the paperwork, I had it in my head that if he became pushy about selling the extras I was going to walk out. He was just the opposite.
