Everyone was very friendly and I was able to efficiently make an appointment. Wait time for the service was fine. My rating stems with the fact that I paid $82 for a standard oil change! Miller Hyundai (dealership for my other SUV) only charges me $40. Why did I bother paying an additional $500 to have Matthews black rewards? What benefit am I getting when I can pay the same price at Valvoline Instant Oil. Also, Millers price includes the fee for the tire rotation . Then, I’m told that I need new tires- at only 20,000 miles. Got 48,000 miles on my tires that came on my 2018 Tucson. I feel like this vehicle’s maintenance is already costing more money than it should, along with the crazy oil change bill. Something I will consider on my next vehicle purchase. More

Frankly, I knew exactly what I was looking for when I first called Matt Mitsubishi, made our recent purchase at Matthews a very positive experience. Frankly, I knew exactly what I was looking for when I first called Matthews and they had just the right vehicle--except for the color I was originally hoping for. With a refundable deposit from me, Matthews held the vehicle they had in stock for a week, making it possible for me to check out other dealers who might have had the "exact match" of the vehicle I was seeking. In fact, I located the same model I was looking for in the color I preferred at a dealer in southern Pennsylvania. However, after much thought, I decided to go with a local dealer (Matthews) and, so far, I do not regret the decision--and I am more than satisfied with the color I ended up with as well. Thanks to all who made this sale possible! I have purchased forty used cars over the years (no, I'm not a dealer; they were all for personal use!), but this was my first purchase ever of a new car. I'm hoping to make this car last for many years--and counting on Matthews to help make that possible. Thanks again. More
