When I raised my concerns with Albert White, the General Manager at Maus Acura, he offered to buy it back for $30,000—meaning I would lose $4,000 in just 10 days. His response? “We buy and sell cars every day.”
After further research, I discovered that this dealership buys vehicles at auction with previous issues, repairs them, fails to report the damage to Carfax, and then sells them as if they have a clean history.
I feel ripped off and want to warn others: Stay away from this dealer and don’t fall victim like I did. Do business with honest people, not fraudsters. You continue to deceive me. At the time of sale, I was not informed that this car had been purchased from the Enterprise rental company.

In February, I traded in my 2022 Chevrolet Suburban at this dealership for a 2021 Ford Expedition. Two weeks later, a Ford dealer inspection revealed that the car had been previously damaged, repaired in two places, and none of this was disclosed or reported on Carfax. Additionally, the dealer failed to inform me that the vehicle had been used by Enterprise Rental Company.
When I contacted General Manager Albert White about this, he told me they would not take the car back and suggested I either sell it elsewhere or take legal action.
After further research, I discovered a disturbing pattern: Maus Acura purchases vehicles at auction, whether damaged or not, repairs them, sells them, and does not report the repairs on Carfax.
I feel completely deceived and taken advantage of. If you are considering doing business with this dealership, think twice. Work with honest dealers who stand by their word—don’t fall victim to fraudulent practices like I did.
Yesterday, they made me another offer: bring in the Ford for $30,000, and they would sell me another vehicle similar to the one I originally traded—while asking me to add another $10,000.
Losing $10,000 in just three weeks is outrageous. This deal makes no sense. If you’re thinking about buying from this dealer, get a specialist to inspect the car beforehand, or you may end up in the same situation. Don’t fall for their scams. You continue to deceive me. At the time of sale, I was not informed that this car had been purchased from the Enterprise rental company.

People, when you buy cars from this dealer, be careful. They sell cars that were previously used by rental car companies, and they do not disclose this information at the time of sale. I bought my car with a clean Carfax report, and after a few days, I discovered that my car had been damaged and repainted. This dealer buys damaged or problematic cars, fixes them, does not report the issues, and sells them as if they were clean.
I am currently waiting for a sales report from Enterprise Oklahoma for my car, and soon I will take them to court for scamming me. If anyone else has similar complaints, please contact me at memagenti@gmail.com, and together we will show them in public court that the time for scams is over.
