If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very disappointing experience with Maus Acura. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership on Mother’s Day weekend after picking our kids up fr Very disappointing experience with Maus Acura. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership on Mother’s Day weekend after picking our kids up from school because they had already agreed to the trade value on our truck. We were completely transparent beforehand and specifically told them the windshield needed replacement. They acknowledged it and still gave us the $38,000 number (they came down from $38,500 with the windshield). After making the long trip with two kids, they suddenly decided to reduce the offer by $1,000 because of the windshield they already knew about. It felt extremely misleading and dishonest. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of respect for people’s time. If the dealership was never going to honor the agreed value, they should have said so before having a family drive three hours round trip (and $60 in fuel) on a holiday weekend. Would NOT recommend based on our experience! More

My Wife and I recently leased a new 26' MDX from Maus Acura. We started by going thru the internet and were assisted by Jan Echeverria. After working with him and his sales manager through some emails/ Acura. We started by going thru the internet and were assisted by Jan Echeverria. After working with him and his sales manager through some emails/phone calls back and forth concerning payment and our trade, we were able to come into the dealership and pick up the new vehicle to agreed numbers and were out of there in less than two hours. Best experience purchasing/leasing a vehicle we ever had. Thank you Jan and Maus Acura. More

They are the worst Acura dealership in central florida. They have left me stranded numerous times after oil changes. The last time i went there oil spilled all over my engine because they didnt tighten the They have left me stranded numerous times after oil changes. The last time i went there oil spilled all over my engine because they didnt tighten the cap correctly causing me to miss 2 days of work since i commute to sarasota and almost lost my job. I had to deal with my car smelling like gas for moments at a time weeks after the fact and more than likely caused a fuel leak which im sure these morons expect me to pay out of pocket again for THIER MISTAKE. This On top of the fact the sold me a car with a defect cauding life threatening conditions. They swore up and down the defect was caused by road conditions until a recall came out then of course they had nothing to say. They have sent me home numerous times sfter duplicating a problem in their shop which is actually against their own protocols. Ive had to go to other Acura dealers to get my car fixed for problems they couldn’t rectify. Their bonehead owner devin acts as if all that is no big deal. Do not go here they have cost me thousands of dollars from having to miss work due to their incompetence. Their advisors are morons and do not know crap about their own vehicles. They write fake reviews to make themselves look good on top of the fact they report and delete negative reviews like they have done with mine on facebook and google. DO NOT COME HERE they are unprofessional and do not care about their customers only care about your money im living proof of that. Theyve blocked me on facebook for writing Honest reviews yes BLOCKED. That should show you how scammy and unprofessional these people and tbekr xxxxxxxx owner devin are. This is my 2nd review on here because the problems continue to pile on without them doing a xxxx thing to make thing better. I only go here for services I already paid for but clearly at this point would be better off just going somewhere else and paying more money for stuff I shouldn’t have to because ive paid Maus. More
