I had the pleasure of walking into DePaula Ford after finding a truck online that caught my eye. I walked in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Deven McGuirk. He was hospitable and welcoming. I told him what I was looking for, he brought it up front, I told him how much I wanted to pay, he said it would be difficult to meet that ask. He didn't dismiss me and give me the ole "Let me go talk to my manager routine." He worked hard to get me a deal that was very good. I went back in the next day and met with Qasim. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with him as well. They were both transparent about the whole transaction... No hidden fees, no bullcrap. They will do what they can, within reason, to earn your business. I will 100% recommend these employees (Devin and Qasim) and this dealership as a whole in the future. Good stuff all..
