New car had serious problems on the way home from the
dealership. It took four calls to get help to limp home. We live 100 miles away and the dealership was closing at the time.

We then had the problem three more times. At no point did the dealership reach out to us. Even when I responded to the email that said let me know if there’s any reason you can’t give a five star rating. They got their money and washed their hands.

When I arrived the price change to $34

When I arrived the price change to $34k, and after a while we settle on 31k with 0% 48 months finance.
I am retired so they tried to squeeze more, saying my interest rate is 6.99% because they give me 1k rebate, My blood pressure rising, almost walkout.
Overall is bad experience. The sales Devante is nice, but ....
Its ashamed that I like BStar in general with my Honda CRV and Pilot in Bstar Honda. I like the new SUV.
