Everything went well but I had an issue with the radio not being factory reset before I left the dealership and had to return two times before it was fixed. Also, while I understand that the car I got was not being factory reset before I left the dealership and had to return two times before it was fixed. Also, while I understand that the car I got was preowned l, I do believe the dealership should provide its customers with a regular and spare key with the purchase/lease of the car. Besides that everyone was friendly and helpful. It is just about having higher standards. More

Andre Woods deliberately slipped an unwanted car warranty purchase order with Assurant while I was signing off other paperwork completion. I have since been rebuffed after several attempts to get documentati purchase order with Assurant while I was signing off other paperwork completion. I have since been rebuffed after several attempts to get documentation stating that I don’t want the warranty and for the $2500 to be returned to Ardent Credit Union, the financiers of the car loan. I’ve contacted Assurant and was told that the business accounting department of the dealership would be responsible for full remittance. We will see More
