Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno is the best dealership in all of Northern Nevada for many reasons. To name a few, let’s start with the fact their staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are always kind. They all of Northern Nevada for many reasons. To name a few, let’s start with the fact their staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are always kind. They follow through with what they say they are going to do. Not only is the inside of the dealership, immaculate, they make sure the outside is just as clean. I’ve been to dealerships where there are cigarette buds everywhere throughout the parking lot, but not here.! Not at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. From the sales department, to the service department, to the parts department, this team is professional beyond measure. This has been the only dealership I recommend in Northern Nevada and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Aaron Lauer, Derric Williford, Ben Owing are top notch employees and Lithia is lucky to have them. Rob in the parts department, who is always professional and patient with customers. To everyone out there who is not happy with their current auto shop, bring your vehicle to these guys as they can work on just about anything. You won’t be disappointed! More

Tony is rude and didn’t do the work I requested. Drove three hours and left my truck with him because of a check engine light. I had to go through the used car manager to even get an appointment bec Drove three hours and left my truck with him because of a check engine light. I had to go through the used car manager to even get an appointment because Tony couldn’t be bothered to work with me, despite this being my fourth visit for repairs since I purchased the vehicle in April. I asked if they could change my oil while they had it and Derek said that wouldn’t be an issue. Also asked Tony about it and reminded him days before I went to pick it up. I picked it up- no oil change. His guys have also eaten in my new truck and spilled in it and left trash inside. I’ve been left with a completely empty gas tank upon pickup. It has just been one issue after another. Tony couldn’t care less when there are problems, doesn’t bother even trying when it comes to customer service. Some people at the dealership are absolutely incredible, so it’s shocking to me that Tony would even have a place there with how unprofessional he is. More
