Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional handling my X6 order. He followed up and kept me informed during the process. On the other hand his sales manager attempted to add what I would describe as u my X6 order. He followed up and kept me informed during the process. On the other hand his sales manager attempted to add what I would describe as unethical market adjustments to my order as a loyal returning customer. Furthermore, after showing the market report from this dealership of what the trade in was valued at, he made Brandon come back with a lower offer. To his credit, Brandon handled both unnecessary situations very professional and satisfactory. More

This dealership needs a serious makeover in every aspect of its operation from personnel to facilities. No one at this dealership, appears to be happy that they are working there. The greeting valet ignored of its operation from personnel to facilities. No one at this dealership, appears to be happy that they are working there. The greeting valet ignored several requests that I made, and made it clear that he could care less. My service manager ensured me that the work on my car would be completed and that I would be out of the dealership within two hours. Two hours and 40 minutes later I was able to leave. I made several requests that my vehicle, which is just been completely detailed, remain clean. When I received the car, it had greasy hand marks on the front fenders and hood. It was obvious that no one had bothered to either keep the vehicle clean or to check it afterwards. I am extremely unhappy with this dealership and will not be buying another BMW. More
