There is a current recall on the airbag, surprisingly they sold the car without fixing or addressing the problem. And it was used as a reason why they can’t provide a certified sale. We agreed to terms for my purchase, and the sales man did a great job… Bookkeeping kind of jumped the gun which created a few minor problems for me.. This visit was much better than my last interaction with Toyota. A couple months after I purchased a new vehicle, I called the salesman who sold me the car with my complaints that the car was really loud an Toyota. A couple months after I purchased a new vehicle, I called the salesman who sold me the car with my complaints that the car was really loud and rattles and that I hated it, got the response “that doesn’t surprise me” and no offer to check the car out. On this visit, they offered to make an appointment to find the cause of the rattling. I should find out next week if there’s anything they can do to fix it! I’ll never buy another car from this dealership though. More
