There is a Safety recall on my vehicle. On 8/14/23, I called the dealer and they indicated that the part for fixing was being ordered. Today called again and apparently the part had not On 8/14/23, I called the dealer and they indicated that the part for fixing was being ordered. Today called again and apparently the part had not been ordered. There were no apologizes. The letter from Lincoln Home Office states that until this repair is carried out, the vehicle should not be parked in the garage. This was explained to the Dealer and I also informed that, due to restrictions, I could not park the vehicle on the road. The dealer did not show any concern and said, despite what was in the Home Office letter, not to worry about parking in the garage. They were also unable to apologize or explain why the part had not been ordered on 8/14/2023. Left message for the Service Manager who apparently was on lunch break. He did not return the call. Followed up after couple of hours and apparently had gone away for the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STANDARD OF SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALER.. More
