I recently purchased a vehicle from Parks Lincoln of Tampa, and the buying experience was exceptional. Afterward, I took the vehicle to a different dealership, closer to my home, for routine service and Tampa, and the buying experience was exceptional. Afterward, I took the vehicle to a different dealership, closer to my home, for routine service and was deeply disappointed with the service performed and lack of care that I received. I called Parks Lincoln to explain the situation, and they immediately offered to handle everything in-house and resolve the issues the other dealership left me with. During our conversation, they told me that I was their customer and they would take full responsibility to ensure I remain happy with my purchase. Specifically, Fred, Dennis, Harry, and Craig all played a role in my positive experience and earned my respect, gratitude, and future business. They are true ambassadors for the Parks Lincoln dealership. More
