My past few experiences there at Lincoln has not been good. My service advisor does not always exemplify the best customer service, especially when you first walk in. Instead of greeting you with a good morning or good afternoon, she will either say I'll be with you.......or she won't say anything and then will eventually let you know that she'll be with you as soon as she can. She just seems very overwhelmed MOST of the time until your vehicle is done and ready to go. More
