We tried to get help from another dealer but they would not help at all , evidently they don’t live up to the Subaru community standards that are common among quality dealers , Five Star does ; they live up to their “ Community Commitment “ it’s not just a sales pitch , totally impressed ! By the way Cavender Subaru out of Norman Oklahoma made the arrangement to get us fixed up by Five Star , this was beyond amazing and Anthony ( the service manager) gets accolades for going above and beyond! And he put up with my bad mood and let me blow off some steam. I am writing an update to my previous review which was not 100% positive, but after reading my concern and discussing it with other management staff Jason reached out to me personally and advised they con not 100% positive, but after reading my concern and discussing it with other management staff Jason reached out to me personally and advised they considered my concern and are making changes to their website scheduling to include a way to reserve a loaner car. In addition they are making arrangements to reimburse me for the cost of my rental car. I drive 30 miles to go to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine even though there is another dealership less than 10 miles from my house. I do this because they have always provided superior service, fair prices and on-time delivery.. Deion was so helpful and kept me updated on the part delays and completion of repairs. He was able to secure a loaner car for me and got my car washed before I left. This was the first problem I have had with this dealership and I am on my second Subaru Outback. I could not find my original rating to update so I hope this makes up for it. I also love the fact that I can bring my dog with me when I have an Express Service and everyone is so friendly. More
