We came in for emergency repairs on a used 13 Crosstrek with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. We "shopped" cars while waiting for the loaner and even though we had no intention of buying a car, we knew the cost of fixing it might not be worth it. Well the story ends with us buying a 2025 Outback 5 days later. Brittney was helpful and responsive, Debbie worked hard to get us in a new vehicle - and had patience with me when I changed the car in the 11th hour. Everyone we met was helpful, courteous, and had a smile. More

The sales manager Kurt was very professional as well and a pleasure to deal with as the same with Tracy and finance, there was one minor issue with the new vehicle, but Debbie scheduled an appointment with service and it will be corrected Soon. I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek wilderness. I will say that if you go to the dealership ask for Debbie and she will make sure that you’re taken care of. More
