I had a great experience at Napletons valley Hyundai. Elsa Delgado provided great customer service and helped me greatly . I purchased a beautiful Honda Accord on March 27th. I put a down payment to hold the car and came back the very next day with a check for the balance. There was a miscommunication within the agreement but I excepted my fault in the error. A kind young man offered to fix a couple of scratches that I missed. Never purchase your car at night. Anyway that when my nightmare began. I completely got the run around after that. Everyone I talked to passed me along to someone else. I finally got an appointment to bring my car in to have the scratches removed. I had pictures of all the body scratches. Well they only reluctantly took care of one scratch but I noticed scratches they were not there in the beginning. Yes new scratches and my new car was filthy outside and muddy inside. Needless to say I have been getting the run around since then. I’m transferred around and even hung up on. I’ve left messages and no one has responded or even had the courtesy to call me back. I am furious. This is no way to treat any customer. My experience has been horrible starting with the salesman named Jose. Save yourself the frustration and consider shopping elsewhere. Still waiting for the issues to be resolved. More

We had a fantastic experience. Joe Williams did an amazing job once again. We went there once to get my daughters first car, and his service was terrific, but we went back for a tr Joe Williams did an amazing job once again. We went there once to get my daughters first car, and his service was terrific, but we went back for a trade in and a new car, and he hit it out of the park once again. He gave her a good deal and got everything worked out, and she drove home in a brand new car. His service is impeccable and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. In the future, I hope to go back to see Joe for any other needs. Deb in finance once again did a phenomenal job getting things done, making sure our needs were met in the financing and payment stages. More

Bought a used car and our sales person, Batoul was so kind. When we went to pick up the car and BUY it, we discovered the used car rep attached a lowjack and attached it to the price of the. we were ne kind. When we went to pick up the car and BUY it, we discovered the used car rep attached a lowjack and attached it to the price of the. we were never made aware that they were attaching this to the car. Eventually the used car manager agreed to take price off and give us a year of service. When we arrived at the dealership and had given them the check, the manager again tried to tell us that we could pay $400 for the "free" year of service or we can schedule another trip to the dealer to have the lowjack removed. This dealer is an hour from our house. We were extremely mad because had they explained that we can have the low jack removed we would have come the nextorning to buy the car once the low jack was removed. After my husband and I were ready to take our check back and walk away, did they agree that we did not need to have the low jack removed. I found the fact that they installed something and then tried to con us into paying for it shady. More
