We were in a position around the holidays of having to get rid of our old BMW X5 (high mileage and costly repairs), and Dean and Ric worked with us on both price and getting it scheduled into their last January production slot. Plus, they secured us a loaner until our car arrived (way earlier than either of us expected, to boot). The experience was phenomenal. Then when our car arrived, Susan spent an hour walking me through every new option, safety feature, and improvement over our old X5 (and there were alot, since our old car was nearly a decade old). Another flawless delivery by Susan and The BMW Store Just took delivery of my wife's 2020 X3. The level of technology of this vehicle is really impressive. Sales Manager Ric Koresky leaves one with a confident assurance of impeccable quality of the product and the dealership. Eric Fender made the final step in the sale process go smooth with all of the documents ready for signature and explanation available as needed. The Service Department is outstanding.
