He is a native Ohioan, but worked for BMW of Orlando for two years before moving back to his Midwest roots. When Paul was off there Dean stepped in and provided the same outstanding sales support. Susan was wonderful explaining and getting us comfortable with all of the features and functionality of cars! Ric provided us with goodie bags at checkout and gave us confidence that the entire BMW Store team was behind us on our purchases. Joe jumped in when we had a minor seat noise issue with one of the cars. It was quickly resolved. Eric made the finance part of the purchase transparent and easy. Overall, a wonderful experience!
