I took my vehicle in for its 20,000 Toyota service which took around an hour and 15 minutes to get done, perfectly fine. After I was suggested that it needed new tires as they were 2-3’s not sure what that took around an hour and 15 minutes to get done, perfectly fine. After I was suggested that it needed new tires as they were 2-3’s not sure what that meant but just assumed it was out of 10. It seemed like there was a push to sell tires as 2 of the other service reps where leaving voicemails suggesting new tires before winter. When I got into my car the next service sticker was for 78xx miles not my car unless they rolled back the odometer. All the tires show as green and no need to be replaced. I assume the classic upsell. More

David took his time to understand my issue however communication to the service department could be better. It took awhile till the correct car loaner person was found that knew about my reserved loan communication to the service department could be better.
