Great Experience The service was GREAT. I was contacted often to make key decisions about concerns with the car prior to work being done. Service Adviser, Dawn, was The service was GREAT. Service Adviser, Dawn, was very thorough, compassion and patience to ensure I had good understanding of the working being completed. The work was done in timely manner based upon the amount of work completed. Also, JR from Parts Department very helpful in locating the best tires for my vehicle. More

3 strikes and out It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and t It is a long story, but work under 3year/36,000 mi started in 2018, again in early 2019 and now in Sept 2019...aprox 12 days total in their shop and they still have not fixed the issue (driver seat heat) saying it works normal! The Mgr of the svc dept has not responded either to a detailed complaint...maybe he is researching the 3 svc activities on this vehicle...maybe not...time will tell. More

Impressive service professionals were thorough, paid a Palmer's service center repair completely fixed the problems with my 13 year old Chrysler 300C. Impressive service professionals were thorough, paid attention to details, and persistent in their efforts to identify and fix several very elusive problems. Palmer's service advisors are exceptional, patient and highly customer oriented. Thomas Pappas in particular was amazing. On a scale of 1* (worst) to 5* (best), I would rate Thomas as a 10*! More
