The reason that I make the drive to Palmer is their customer service. They treat you like they value as a business asset (which by the way, all customers are). Secondly, the service at Palmer is excellent. When I take my care there for an oil change - they always inspect it and tell me if there is anything I need to have done to keep it running in tip-top shape. At the dealer closest to my home, I always feel as if they are doing me a favor to service my car - and seldom do a multi-point inspection and suggested anything that I need done - or for matter, simple told me that nothing needed to be done. The only time they actually told me that I needed a repair - a second opinion confirmed it was not necessary. Also, the young guy in parts was most helpful. I asked if he could locate a front floormat for my Pacifica - and he went out of his way to search the internet as well as other dealerships to locate one for me. Although he was unsuccessful, his effort was exemplary. I have two Chrysler automobiles - and will continue to use Palmer to service them. When I buy a replacement for either of them - it will be from Palmer. More

Palmer DCJR (and especially Thomas Pappas) undid the other company’s work and made my Jeep run again in just a couple weeks.
