But not just him there's a salesman directly across the aisle from Micheal that also did a superb job answering questions while Micheal was getting paperwork together, then the salesmanager came over introduced himself and continued with great customer service and finally finance.the finance person completed the service and sealed the deal, everyone at that dealership is a credit to there organization. I highly recommend certified Benz and bemmer More

I recommend that anyone who is considering using Certified Benz and Beemer HIGHLY reconsider. We have had the worst experience purchasing a vehicle with them. Their finance guy lied to us and to Certified Benz and Beemer HIGHLY reconsider. We have had the worst experience purchasing a vehicle with them. Their finance guy lied to us and told us that if we purchased a key fob protection program, we could use it to get a 2nd key since ours only came with one. When I called the vendor they advised that was not true and we should seek a refund from the dealer. When I called to get a refund, all they said was "sorry, the finance guy was new he didn't know" and issued the refund that took over 6 weeks to receive. On that phone call the manager David said I should call other BMW dealerships to see if they will give me a discount on a key fob since they have relationships with dealerships. Instead of offering to call them himself because of the mistake their employee made, he advised that I do it myself. The last thing I am going to do is call a random dealership and ask for a discount when they do not know me or the situation, nor should I have to. This was CBB's mistake and they should take the responsibility. When I sent this situation over to Jack Schneider (THE OWNER) David called back and said "You misunderstood me, I said I will call other dealerships and get see if we can get a discount" if that was the case, why did he never get back to me with any information on a discount? On 7/29/22 David ended up telling me that he will have his parts department look into their cost for me in an email but I didn't hear back from him, yet again. It wasn't until 8/26/22 (almost a month later) that I sent a follow up email (again) advising that I never heard back, he sent a response saying that he "thought" he sent information before but didn't and let me know the cost of a 2nd key fob with CBB's discount. When we purchased the vehicle there was an issue with the rear vent that we were promised they would take care of for me. They said they couldn't look at it and take care of it that day because the service department was closed. They told me their service department would call me to schedule it, but again, they never did. When I called to schedule it, nobody knew what I was talking about and they told me I would be responsible for the cost. It took so many back and forth calls and being sent all around in order to finally get it scheduled. Weeks later they finally agreed to fix it. I took it in to be fixed and when they returned the vehicle to me the face cover of the whole console was broken and wouldn't stay shut. I then had to call back and get it rescheduled for them to fix what they broke. They did make this convenient for me by offering to drop off a loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle from my house so that I wouldn't have to arrange being dropped off and picked up. This was actually a big help, but it was to fix the console that they broke. When we purchased the vehicle, Manny the salesman talked over and over how this dealership was different from any other dealership and such a family oriented place but that was not the case for us. The ONLY person who did what he said he would do and actually followed through was the service acquisition specialist Mike Grady, and we greatly appreciate him. I sent 2 emails to the owner Jack Schneider over the course of all the issues I had since purchasing the vehicle but he wasn't able to be bothered with responding. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of trying to make it right for my customers, and Jack couldn't care less. In my emails I advised that I would like to give him the chance to make it right before writing a review (that they keep asking me to write) but even that didn't matter to him. Certified Benz and Beemer has been a headache since purchasing our vehicle and I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYBODY. More

Let me start off by saying that this was my first ever experience in buying a used car. I always buy new; in this instance I went with a used vehicle simply because my car is no longer manufactured. I wen experience in buying a used car. I always buy new; in this instance I went with a used vehicle simply because my car is no longer manufactured. I went with a 2020 model that had fewer than 3000 miles on it . I communicated with the staff via mostly text, with a couple of phone calls and some emails.. I began the process by putting a $2000 deposit down on the car and had indicated that I could wire most of the rest of the total amount due once I received instructions. After explaining to Sara in finance that I needed to obtain a small bridge loan from my local credit union and that the process would probably be delayed by a day or so due to me undergoing surgery, she indicated that she understood and that the dealership’s mandatory 72 hour expiration of a hold on a vehicle could be extended. My loan with the credit union went through but not until after five calendar days had passed. I kept certified Benz and Beemer informed daily. Dennis, the sales manager, decided to take a hard line with me over this and my phone call with him felt unnecessarily confrontational. He then had Sara call me to relay the same information, with the main difference being a $2000 discrepancy in the total amount due. I also had yet to receive the wire instructions with the final amount in writing, so I had to call David, the general manager, to straighten everything out and explain the situation to him. Everything finally went through as anticipated I received my new car early in the morning on Thursday, July 28. It’s perfect, aside from the fact that it came without cupholders. additionally, I still haven’t obtained full paperwork on the vehicle. I found one small slip of paper in the glove compartment with ADOT’s logo on it, indicating that I am now the legal owner of the vehicle. More
