After strong negotiations over pricing, I'm pleased to say that Crest Infiniti did the correct and honest thing and honored what their representative offered to me. They stood up and did the right thing, say that Crest Infiniti did the correct and honest thing and honored what their representative offered to me. They stood up and did the right thing, even though by a manager's own admisssion, the representative overstepped his authority in what he promised. My sales rep, David Nasuwa, was cordial, polite, and I was introduced to the service manger so I could start a relationship with him. My Q50 is beautiful, and I feel like I got a good fair deal.
