I have been here for a little over 15 years. I have always strived to make sure my customers have the best experience that I can provide for them. I am a family man at heart and am married with four beautiful children. I try to live and teach by three main qualities/traits and those are respect, dignity, and peace towards others. Favorite Honda: I prefer the Honda Pilot myself. I like this vehicle because of the sporty look and feel all while getting great gas mileage. It is the perfect SUV for my family and it could be for yours as well.

Very slow and unprofessional in time management, we spent waiting for more than 3 hours just to pick the vehicle after the appointment time though we were told it will be ready when we come in and had called waiting for more than 3 hours just to pick the vehicle after the appointment time though we were told it will be ready when we come in and had called earlier to ensure it was ready. Poor communication on what was the delay and how long will it take. Additionally, broken coffee machine for customer, using thermocol cups for coffee are not great customer experiences. We just went there because of Costco pricing but we were not shown the invoice or the window sticker of vehicle we bought. More
