This was our first time buying a vehicle from Roesch Ford -- it was the BEST experience we've had in buying a car. Ryan Davis was a super star! We have told them that we are buying our next vehicle from them--hopefully from Ryan again! Their finance department, Sam and Paul, were great at answering our questions and completing all the paperwork -- super guys. Their sales manager, John, was so nice as well. We had gone to three other dealerships and were getting discouraged in the buying process--Downers Grove and Naperville dealerships. We only came to Roesch to see what an interior color looked like in person, and we were greeted so nicely. Matter-of-fact, Ryan brought out the exact vehicle we were looking for and we put a deposit down at 9:00 AM that day, and later went we returned in the afternoon, we bought it. Justen was super patient and helpful. I stopped in on my way to the airport because I wanted to see the difference between the 2022 Mavrick I had for work and the new 2025 Mavrick I was h I stopped in on my way to the airport because I wanted to see the difference between the 2022 Mavrick I had for work and the new 2025 Mavrick I was hoping to purchase. I literally had 10 minutes before I had to leave for the airport. He took the 10 minutes to show me the inside of the 2025 Mavrick they had and I intended to return the next day. I didn't make it back in until a few days later but he remembered me and worked with me to order the 2025 Mavrick I wanted. They didn't have any in stock so Justen and his manager Dave worked to get me the truck I wanted from a dealer in a nearby state. I started a new job and needed the truck quickly so they made it happen by sending one of their own employees to Michigan to pick up my new truck.
