When the time came to part with my Legacy I knew I'd be going back to Garavel. My initial experience of purchasing that car was extremely positive and after working with the service department for the pas going back to Garavel. My initial experience of purchasing that car was extremely positive and after working with the service department for the past 10 years I knew there was no good reason to go anywhere else. Dave gave me the information I needed about my new Forester but never the "hard sell" when it came to additional options. He, and all staff I met, were both personable and efficient. In an age where customer service in many businesses seems to be disappearing you can still find it at Garavel. Thank you! More
