Been getting my car serviced here for over 5 years. Came in because my trunk latch broke. Dealership pushed a diagnostic fee to confirm it was just the latch. Once confirmed, I was told I had to order the part upfront and reschedule because they didn’t have any in stock. Mechanics removed the inner trunk liner, but did not reinstall and left the mounting pieces in the troph of the gasket lining. They refused to help me tie down my trunk closed again. If they would have helped me, the lining mounts would have probably been lost and they most likely would have charged me for those as well when I have to come back. Did not feel like a valued customer at all through the experience. Will not be returning after this and would not recommend to anyone. More
