Darren Van Orden in the service department is very friendly, helpful and professional with assisting me with my service needs regarding the check engine light on my 2016 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost AWD. A friendly, helpful and professional with assisting me with my service needs regarding the check engine light on my 2016 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost AWD. As I am from Middlebury, Vermont, I am familiar with the Greater Rochester area since I am an RIT alumni. As I am currently spending time with my fiancée in Fairport, I happened to come across issues with my vehicle and I called a few private shops as well as all three Ford dealers in Rochester requesting service. Everybody else were booked weeks out. However, Cortese Ford was able to schedule service for me within a few days. They diagnosed the issues with the check engine light and found that there were issues with the fuel pressure sensor. They replaced it. Two days later, the check engine light came on again and I called the service department again within a few days and I took my vehicle back in for service. They diagnosed the issues and had to order parts for my vehicle. The parts came in about a month later and I took my vehicle in for service and dropped it off as Darren told me that it would take almost all day to service my car. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, Darren showed me the invoice and thoroughly explained to me what was serviced and what parts have been replaced. I am completely satisfied with the service department at Cortese Ford and I highly recommend them for any of your service needs. More

Staff was great, finding and communicating better warranty information than what I had. Work was done well and within the time frame that I had hoped for. So even though it's nearly a 2 hour drive for me from the eastern Finger Lakes, Cortese will be my go-to service center going forward! More
