I've had my 2020 ford explorer St in there for a few problems. Darren has always been professional and has provide excellent service. He's always friendly and courteous. Having major issues with my truck caused by ford not cortese. Dissatisfied with the amt of time to resolve issue. I want new truck or fix my current truck. I have been a customer of Cortese for years. The service department has always been excellent with tips and advice on how best to maintain my Fusion Hybrid. The full service team has always on The service department has always been excellent with tips and advice on how best to maintain my Fusion Hybrid. The full service team has always only advised needed repairs and, on occasion, inspected a problem that turned out minor and easily fixed without charge. I am often questioned on why I take my car to a dealer assuming I should shop around for service. My response always refers to my trust in Cortese, the use of Ford parts, and the knowledge that when the service is done, my car is running as close to the original condition as when I purchased the vehicle as possible. While over the years I have worked with most every member of the service team, this most recent visit was handled by Al. His friendly manner is a good example of why Cortese will remain my trusted service center. More
