In my five year experience with dealing with Cortese Ford, I have unfortunately learned that they seem to do the bare minimum for their customers. It is never anywhere close to an enjoyable experience Ford, I have unfortunately learned that they seem to do the bare minimum for their customers. It is never anywhere close to an enjoyable experience whenever I have to take my car in for service as I am typically made to wait hours for something as straightforward as an oil change. Customer service is consistently very lacking—during my last visit, the service employee was visibly annoyed when he had to call someone for an answer to a simple question about their warranties. When these issues were brought to a “manager,” only excuses were given. To add insult to injury, the car I purchased from them has had nothing but problem after problem after problem, so I will be choosing to take my business elsewhere from now on. I don’t trust this organization to adequately service cars, and would rather even pay more elsewhere (however doubtful that seems) then have to deal with them again. More
