The dealer principal is an honorable businessman, and the managers and staff members we have worked with have all been top notch over the past 15 years. We previously purchased some late model SUVs from them. More recently we were able to acquire a 2020 Shelby GT500, quite a feat considering how few are being built and sold. It qualifies as a lifetime achievement for me... The transaction for the Shelby was as smooth as it could have been hoped for. No fuss, no muss. A clean, straight up deal with no misery or grief. Outstanding I needed a warranty repair on my transmission on my vehicle. I was told that it would take 6 weeks before they could look at it. I have a small busine I needed a warranty repair on my transmission on my vehicle. I was told that it would take 6 weeks before they could look at it. I have a small business, and I am booked through 2020. A six week delay would put me out of business. I would never recover from it. I offered to pay for the repair instead of going through warranty, which I was told would get it done a little faster. Darren reconsidered. He put my truck up on the rack and looked at it that day. A few days later he told me that he would do it warranty, because I shouldn't have to pay for it twice, and he was going to put in a new transmission and I would have it in 3-4 days. I was thrilled and hugged them all. He said that the mechanic and the sales manager and he had made it happen, I know it was an imposition to fit me into the schedule, but they did it nonetheless. He said he just wanted me to be happy. More
