My experience at Cortese Ford I have been with Cortese since i was a student at RIT (1997) and first car was Ford Aspire, Later bought Ford Focus, for my daughter, later I got Ford I have been with Cortese since i was a student at RIT (1997) and first car was Ford Aspire, Later bought Ford Focus, for my daughter, later I got Ford Escape, and Honda Accord for my second daughter, later traded this for Ford Fiesta, then Ford Focus, and later another Ford Escape, and i been treat as Cortese family, the service is great people are very friendly and I will recomend Cortese ford for anybody who is in the market for a vehicle! More

No haggle or negotiation, front tires are a bit worn down. Held my registration because they estimated the amount wrong by $20.00 until I paid the remaining. New Car Purchase I purchased a car recently (all remotely given COVID). Afterwards, I followed up multiple times with questions regarding my extended vehicle coverage I purchased a car recently (all remotely given COVID). Afterwards, I followed up multiple times with questions regarding my extended vehicle coverage and didn't receive a response. This was disappointing. It left me feeling that the dealership was only interested in making the sale and not maintaining a good relationship with the customer. More
