I had done a lot of research on line trying to figure out what car would fit my needs and budget. I came up with the Chevy Colorado (pick-up). I had many other dealers reaching out to me for my business. The one true thing that I new is that I wanted to purchase my new car from a local dealership. I called for an appointment and they set me up with Vin. Vin took his time with me, was very thural and listened. He put the Colorados side by side to see the comparison. Test drove the top of the line, a bit stiff for sitting behind the wheel for 12 to 14 hour drives. It was also out of my price range. Then Vin worked his magic and the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee showed up and it choose me to be it's new owner! It's been magical and I am extremely grateful for Vin intuitiveness! More

Vin and the entire team is extremely responsive and can make things happen on very tight time frames (e.g. they were able to find and secure an automobile and get it to the dealership in a 24 hour turnaround -- above and beyond). In addition, the whole experience in getting through paperwork etc. is kept very efficient and easy. I made an appointment and met with Vin Kjersgaard. he had the vehicle I was looking at ready for view we talked a bit and took the vehicle for a ride. I was treated excellent by Mr. Kiersgaard answering all my questions and explaining things I wasn't aware of. We made the deal and I purchased the truck. I will pass along my positive experience with Northwest Hill and my salesman Vin Kjersgaard. Through this process I also met with Darren Schwartz who again treated me excellent explaining all my options to the financing of my new vehicle and after each option asking if I understood and had any questions before he moved on to the next part.
