Made an appointment and expected for an oil change to take about an hour. I showed up early spoke with the agent and it ended up taking 2 hours. Nothing is quick here in my experience. To top it all off take about an hour. I showed up early spoke with the agent and it ended up taking 2 hours. Nothing is quick here in my experience. To top it all off my oil cap literally says what oil to put in my vehicle, my paperwork from the service agent does not match with that oil. I went to this dealership because it’s the brand of my car that I own. I guess assuming they know what oil to use was wrong. Lastly, when I questioned the agent about why my paperwork doesn’t match the type of oil used in my car according to the owners manual, he was disrespectful and a smart xxx about it. What a great customer experience. More

Dealership was verry neat and clean as for the service rep's. I talked with several of the rep's and they have been very helpful. I am concerned about one issue. When I release the brake to step on the ac rep's. I talked with several of the rep's and they have been very helpful. I am concerned about one issue. When I release the brake to step on the accelerator it makes a clonking noise. Service mechanic wouldn't do anything because he didn't hear the noise. It doesn't do it all the time. Please believe me and I am concerned if it is a brake issue. More
