Handy Toyota has been a good fit for me. I bought my 2024 Prius last January via salesperson Ali Kamal (helpful, knowledgable, upbeat, honest with me, good humored and patient, good explain I bought my 2024 Prius last January via salesperson Ali Kamal (helpful, knowledgable, upbeat, honest with me, good humored and patient, good explainer, made the buying process smooth and easy) who continues to check in with me and offers me assistance anytime. Service Department has done very well for me, too. They cured my unfortunately rodent chewed wiring last year and the car works well. Errol Rule, with the Rental Car part of Handy's, a man of few words and a good listener, adeptly, confidently processed my short time use of a car while mine was being repaired, and gave opinion and advice when I asked. In January, Darren Callan from Service Department efficiently processed my 12 mo/10k milage check-up. He listened respectfully, answered my questions, gave answers and advice when I asked. Most recently, Naim Qubrosi in the Service Department helped me navigate some warranty and maintenance work on the Prius. When I expressed dismay about replacing a damaged part, he investigated further and found it would be covered under warranty. I appreciated that! Naim kept me informed, he answered my questions, gave advice when I asked. He was respectful, polite, helpful. All good. More

Had to have a battery replaced in my 2019 Highlander. It had died on Friday afternoon. I called the service dept and they made an appointment for Saturday at 9:30 am. I took the car down on Friday afternoon so it would be there in the AM. I received a call from Darren at 8:30 that my car was done and ready to be picked up. He also stated that the technician took it for a ride to make sure that it was operating okay. I appreciate the dedication I receive at Handy's. My Toyota only goes to Handy' St. Albans for Service. More
