I had the best experience ever in purchasing my new Subaru Ascent back in September 2022. Debbie Bravo pleasantly greeted me at the front door the day I came just to look at Subaru vehicles, and helped me all the way through the end of the sale. She was simply amazing! Debbie was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! She took her time with me and was not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable and at ease when speaking with her. This was my 1st Subaru purchase, I loved it when I bought it and love it even more after driving it for over 2 months! Actually, everyone I dealt with there was also friendly and kind. I hope you all realize what a gem you have at Tucson Subaru with Debbie Bravo! She is definitely a keeper. I will come back again and again as long as she is working there. If I could I would give her 10 stars instead of 5! I have always been hesitant to look for cars, because the sales person is usually very pushy. This was a very comfortable purchase, with absolutely no pressure. I even brought my daughter, son-in law and 2 grandkids back with me the day I decided to purchase the Ascent. She was kind and patient with them and even helped us place our car seat in the vehicle we were test driving, so my 3 1/2 year old grandson could go for a ride with us!! He loved it. She definitely went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate it. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Debbie Bravo and Tucson Subaru.
