I've bought three CR-Vs over the years from Joyce and the sales reps were aways very courteous and helpful. I've also used the service dept for many years but have had varied experiences with them. The biggest problem I've had with service was having to wait in line to get my car into the garage, sometimes for a half hour or even more, even though I had an appointment and arrived on time. Mostly the service has been done well, but I did have a problem with an alignment job that was done improperly and I had to bring the car back and have them re-do it. More
