My husband and I had leased 7 vehicles from Joyce Honda over the years. At the end a lease in 2022, I, again, went to Joyce Honda for another car. At that time, we were treated as if it was a bothe Honda over the years. At the end a lease in 2022, I, again, went to Joyce Honda for another car. At that time, we were treated as if it was a bother. The salesperson was very cavalier and uninterested. So, I went elsewhere and leased from another Honda dealer. A few weeks ago, I received a call from Danny Cruz. He made an appealing offer on my vehicle, which had nine months left on the lease. Needless to say, I was skeptical, but met with him anyway. He couldn't have been more professional and courteous. There were no 'bait and switch' tactics. The deal he offered was the deal I got. It changed my mind about Joyce Honda. As I told Danny and his manager, Newton (also very professional and courteous), Joyce had a bad reputation over the last few years. A couple of my friends won't go there. Whatever transpired in the management style over the last two plus years seems to had made a difference. More
