I have been a customer at Rallye BMW for approximately 20 years now and have been through about seven vehicles. I’m extremely pleased with Rallye BMW, which is why I drive over an hour to get there even though there’s a BMW dealer in my own town. I think the team there is unparalleled in their Professionalism It’s always a pleasure to work with the people at Ralley. Very disrespectful and pushy. Rushed me through the deal without even proposing a test drive or to come see car before hand. As a result my registration was accidentally linked to the wrong license plate. was threatening to take away the deal if i dont come in to sign docs on specific day. Overall horrible experience. He is lucky i didnt say anything due to him being old. More

Dealership was great but bmw finance was terrible. They were rude, obnoxious and threatening when I tried to talk to them about the car I returned.
