The service I always receive is second to none.
The only complaint I have, however, is that when you take your car in for service, a salesman calls you and tries to get you to come in and purchase

I know this is standard practice for all car dealerships, but the salesman that called me was overly persistent, to the point that he was pushy and refused to take no for an answer.
