Kell B.: We can certainly appreciate how you feel about this situation. And in response to your review, our management team has tried (in good faith) to work with you to get this resolved. Between Gareth C. and Paul H., they made a combined six attempts to contact your husband on Jan 4th and Jan 5th. On Jan 4th, your husband actually spoke with Gareth on our initial call to his cell and said he would call Gareth back. Our goal was to resolve the issue from the very start. However, our repeated attempts to communicate with you were ignored. I would also like to shed some light on the entire situation for the other customers that have read your review, and provide many of the details that were left out of it. Here is the complete overview of your situation as we know it to be. You came to our dealership to return a part. You brought the part and an invoice/receipt with it. Concern 1… Your invoice was dated for May of 2016 (7 Months Prior). We have a 5-Day Return/Exchange Policy, as is typical in our business. Concern 2… The part and the invoice did not match. Concern 3… After looking up the part you brought in, our records show that it had been purchased in June of 2015 (18 Months ago). Again, we understand that, based on your review, you felt that you were disrespected in some way. Rest assured, that was not the intention here. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. All it takes is communication and we’re still open to resolving this issue. Sincerely, NOCS Management Team.
