I just got my new car and couldn’t be happier! Dan Goodman made the process so easy from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and to my budget, and delivered on all aspects of the process (evaluating my trade-in 2016 VW Jetta, getting the blue Taos that I really wanted, and at the price point that I could afford). In 8 years I’ve had two VWs, and I worked with Dan in buying both of them (the fact that I had my Jetta for 8 years is a testament to the Medford Colonial VW sales and service departments). Shopping for a new car is a stressful process for me, but Dan was a pleasure to work with. If/when I get my next new car, my first stop will be this dealership (and I hope Dan will still be there!). Actually we bought the car that we originally selected at Colonial's superb web site. Although Josh answered all of our questions he had the annoying habit of, apparently, dealing with several potential buyers at the same time. This large number of buyers does attest to this dealer's, and its brand's, popularity but dilutes the attention paid to any individual customer, including to us. The finance person we dealt with, John Mancini, was competent, pleasant and singularly attentive. In summary, our buying experience was such that we gladly will return to Colonial. More

I had a great experience at Colonial VW of Medford. I initially worked with Dan Goodman over the phone who answered all of my financial questions. He also promptly provided me with quotes via email and I initially worked with Dan Goodman over the phone who answered all of my financial questions. He also promptly provided me with quotes via email and made me aware of the current deals and rebates available. When I went to look at the car I was interested in I worked with Paul Lazarro. Paul was so kind and incredibly patient with me. He explained all the differences between the trims, took me up to the second lot of cars so I could see specific color combinations, and even lined up the two colors I was going between so I could see them side by side to help with my final decision. He also made sure to explain and ensure I understood how to operate all the features of the car. To say Paul went above and beyond is an understatement. Dan and Paul were both excellent to work with and made my new car purchase as easy and stress free as possible. I can’t recommend these two guys enough! VW of Medford is lucky to have them! More
