I think they need more training of their employees first we had our car brought in to diagnose a noise in the steering was told that we needed a clock spring and our extended warranty were not covering it I we had our car brought in to diagnose a noise in the steering was told that we needed a clock spring and our extended warranty were not covering it I called the warranty company and was told that it was covered then let the service department know they ordered part we made another appointment they told us at the end of this appointment that it was misdiagnosed and would have to order more parts after this appointment it seems to be fixed.Thanks More
