Service itself was as efficient and polite as usual. But the re-calibration after replacing the battery was outrageous! Audi (or the dealer) ought to find a more cost effective way to address this rip-off. $860 for a new battery? C’mon. Equally outrageous was the surcharge for using my credit card. At least you could tell me ahead of time and I would have brought my checkbook. The $23 you charged me for using my card HAS to be well in excess of what my credit card company would charge you for processing ONE transaction. Disappointed More

Mike Macedon and his team were outstanding—not only in securing the cars we wanted but also in quickly arranging winter tires and floor mats.
