When i did decide to purchase a new Audi, the sales process straightforward and efficient. Completing the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. When picking up the vehicle, Pat Chan provided a thorough overview of all the controls and features. This was the most in depth orientation I have ever received when purchasing a new car. (To be fair, I had looked at A3s years ago so I was an easy sell, I have long admired the Audi brand.) That aside, a lot had changed since I looked at the vehicles in earnest and Necko was an absolute pro to work with, explaining how the market had changed since I last seriously shopped for a car, taking me through the vehicle from engine to console, and giving me reasonable purchase scenarios (that did not change through the process), all with good humor and conveying a genuine enthusiasm for his work. Dan Jigalov, the money man, kept things simple and straightforward...executed all the signatures, explained line items, reminded me about making a follow-up call to my insurance carrier, etc. I found the purchase to be a very pleasant and straightforward business transaction. More

From the minute I entered the showroom and was greated by Greg I alway felt my interest in purcahsing and Audi A4 was the highest priority on Greg's list. He took his time, found out what was importamt to me and never made me feel rushed during the process. Greg followed up on my inquires after leaving the showroom and we ultimately agreed on a deal. When I arrived to pick up my A4 Greg made sure all the paperwork was in order before I met with the Finance Manager Dan and all went smoothly. After completing the paperwork Greg spent an hour with me going over the A4 features in detail and let me know I could call him anytime with questions. Within 24 hoursd of my purchase Greg called to thank me and make sure I didn't have any questions. I feel like I have not only purchased a great car but I have an advocate at Schaumburg Audi that will work on my behalf as I enjoy driving the A4. More
