So unfortunately they have made a huge mess again with my appt to get oil change they called to confirm time and it was all wrong. The worst part was they forgot to tell me that I would have to wait for 3 to 4 hours for an oil change if I wanted to wait. That was never ever discussed but there rude ladies that work the desk told me that they did . I have now decided to get rid of both my cars from Koons and try to find another dealership that service my needs in a nicely manner. I have traded 1 car in and I have 1 left its sad because I had such a good experience buying my cars but boy oh boy the service leaves a lot to be desired. There loss!!! So now I will go to Jiffy lube and get my oil changed!!

Thanks Nick I send this review for my equinox that belongs to my 73 year old mother on her behalf. I help her get the maintenance done on her car ,make her appointments,bring her car for service. I did speak with you on Friday about the situation already that wasn’t resolved. I ended up taking my moms car to Jiffy lube and had my oil changed in 30 mins and was treated wonderful they appreciate my busy!!! Sad that unfortunately we have a tire protection plan and since your service department has treated us horribly and last time I had to bring car in and asked for them to check tires you service department charged me a fee for checking the tires . Worst of all was the way the girls treated me when calling back my appointment that was supposed to be at 8:45 that they told me was at 9:30 and I said NO and then told 3 to 4 hour wait if I was waiting for my car that I was told by the secretary that I was told this and THAT IS A BIG FAT NOOO I WASNT TOLD! The girl also told me you could check our phone conversation when I made the appointment where I was told 9:30 and a 3 to 4 hour wait. So I hope that you listen to all the conversation and know I was never ever told that!!
